All users agree to the following terms and conditions when they register on she4he.in and start using the services provided by she4he.in

In the following, the term "she4he" shall refer to the Owners and administrators involved in providing the website - http://www.she4he.in. The term "Service" shall refer to the services provided on the website - http://www.she4he.in. The term "Member" shall refer to the person(s) registered with she4he.

1. The member agrees to use the service as permitted by the applicable local, state and Union laws. she4he shall not be responsible for any use of service that is prohibited by law.
2. The member agrees that he/she is of legal marriageable age and gives permission to she4he to post his/her profile.
3. It is expected of every member giving his/her matrimonial profile to disclose all material facts necessary for marital relations whether asked for or not, more particularly relating to past personal and family background, health features and the like, and if no such material facts are disclosed and marital relations are established relying on the material available on she4he relating to any individual profile, she4he will not be responsible for any loss and/or damages caused to any individual pursuant thereto.
4. The information/profile of any member displayed on she4he is as given by the respective member and/or given for and on his/her behalf. she4he does not guarantee the authenticity and/or correctness of the information so given. she4he shall not be responsible if such information turn out to be incorrect and/or inaccurate and insufficient.
5. The exchange of matrimonial profile(s) through or by "she4he" should not in any way be construed as any matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by she4he.
6. she4he shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of, or subsequent to, matrimonial relations established pursuant to the use of she4he.
7. she4he is not particularly responsible for the inaccuracy or otherwise of any caste, creed or religion as disclosed in the profile of any member.
8. she4he reserves the right to refuse, modify or discontinue any profile at any time without any notice. Membership fee is non-refundable.
9. she4he shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any sort arising out of the use, disruption or discontinuation of the service. she4he shall also not be liable for any loss or damage of any sort arising out of loss of password or arising due to others gaining access to the profile(s).
